Actually, for some weapons that drop the prefix is below the suffix. Dunno why though.

I thought its just whichever mod you applied first.
In that bow's case, the fortitude mod either came with the weapon or it was applied before the sundering mod.
Not sure though.
Not life-dependant anyway

the order you put the upgs in is the order they show up.
if you put a sundering mod in first, it will be on top and the suffix mod will be on the bottom and vice versa.
